Fashion for 11.5-12" Fashion Dolls (Silkstone, Barbie, FR, MB/Nu.Face, Dynamite Girls, etc. Due to doll body differences, dress may fit each girl a little differently).

This is the fashion, as featured on their signature pattern box liner.................and here is a special insert card feturing Steven's sketches & description of the ensemble.

As a longtime fan of Dressmaker Details, I was anxiously awaiting the convention exclusive and I was NOT disappointed.  Manufactured by Integrity Toys, who are known for superior doll garment construction, this outfit is the latest creation by designer, Steven Fraser.  If you haven't visited his Dressmaker Detail Weblog, you may want to bookmark the site and visit it often (link provided on the Shopping page up top) as Steven updates it frequently with stunning photos and new fashion releases.  If you haven't met Steven personally, please put this on your "to-do" list during your next Barbie/Gene/FR Convention.

"Kalyna" includes: an adorable lined "ruby red" bubble dress, lined white "fur" stole, panties, stockings, red-drop earrings, red open-toe shoes, short white gloves, silver metallic clutch bag lined in red, and an amazing double-strand "diamond" rhinestone necklace with a "ruby" drop rhinestone.

Close-up of Gloves & Purse: This silver metallic purse is terrific!  It features a tiny sequin/rhinestone trim, is lined in a matching "ruby red," and has a hook/eye closure.  The back of the dress: Zipper & hook/eye closure.  Hanger straps on each side (for garment storage on the enclosed black plastic hanger). I didn't zip it up entirely...to show the lining.  Shoes: The ensemble comes with these open-toe/open-heel, "mules", (aka Barbie Vintage Slides). They're a tight squeeze for the newer Fashion Royalty Dolls -- especially over the stockings, but as you see, it can be done.  The stockings are a "wee" bit baggy in places, which I noticed on one of the last Barbie Convention stockings.

I tend to prefer the other Dressmaker Details closed-toe pumps, similar to those that come with "Benefit Ball," as they fit both Barbie/FR and stay on much better....but that's just me...and I tend to redress FR much more than Barbie.

Here's the ensemble in all it's glory, being modeled by "Masterpiece Theatre Giselle."

For those of you who are interested in purchasing this fashion, Steven may have some remaining outfits which he'll list on his website Sales Page in the next few weeks.

Fashions like this DO tend to sell out.
