I have been waiting for this year's FR Homme dolls since I saw them at the FAO Event in New York back in February, and I have to say I'm flabbergasted at how much the detail they have this year. Darius is not afraid to say he is a gentleman at heart(!), and although Ms. Sato is being her sneaky-self he only has eyes for her, his dame. Darius comes with a pristine plaid suit and pink shirt that fits him marvelously. I believe mine's is a bit big bulged in the right leg but I don't mind it just a minor production mishap. He also comes with elegant (very English country holiday) accessories from his shoes, to the “leather” gloves, the driver's dark-brown cap (it's details are very well-done), and to his left ear faux-diamond stud.

The pink shirt is pretty much the standard Fashion Royalty long sleeved shirt for the Homme dolls. The brown patent-leather (more like fake leather) gloves are a bit of a hassle to put on, but it just depends on how much you like them. They complete his country-side ensemble nicely. The shoes are white with brown faux-leather trimming and very detailed -- as we have come to expect from integrity. The belt is patent vinyl in navy, which for me makes no sense. You be the judge on that!

The accessories, overall, are very well put together and he is one sharp little dude! I have so totally fallen for him! I wanted a very John Legend reincarnation of Mr Reid, and I think my wish was granted (I’m so in love with him!).

He truly is a keeper. He’s handsome with those beautiful green eyes! The only thing I don't like is his gaze; it's the same as “High and Mighty” Darius, and I believe he should have had a different expression. I'm sorry for not having any pics of him from the package I was too excited to debox him! He does have the flocked black hair, and he looks very sharp with it.

This male doll is truly a handsome hunk with limited accessories; they should include at least a sexy underwear outfit to sleep in, or a riding crop(!), but overall he is one of the best male dolls I have seen, trendy and fashionable he is one sexy John Legend look alike. I would have wanted boots to go with him because of the gloves, but the shoes are very Darius indeed -- he is like Jay-Z wearing white sneakers to a Ball!

By the way, the new Homme dolls seem to have more head maneuverability, and can truly look down to your gals!

For me, he is a 7 out of 10. His neck is not as flexible as my Lukas or Pierre, however, I came home and tried to pose him more. The blue belt really didn't strike my fancy -- I would have kind of liked to see a bow tie? Nah, maybe just a watch like the first Darius.
